Product description

This recall involves Casa Décor Brand Mercury Glass Cracking Drawer Knobs (Style 1414) sold in sets of 4 or 6 knobs.

Hazard identified

The drawer knobs can shatter when pulled, posing a laceration hazard.

As of September 18, 2018, the company has received 1 report of a drawer knob shattering in Canada, causing lacerations.

Number sold

Approximately 2600 units of the affected products were sold at HomeSense and HomeSense/Winners mega-store locations across Canada.

Time period sold

The affected products were sold from April 2016 to January 2018.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately remove the recalled knobs from drawers and return them to any Winners, Marshalls or HomeSense for a refund.
