Product description
This recall expansion involves two Matrix Vavoom Freezing Spray line products in 312 g (11 oz) format without the required hazard labelling (see first two images) and bearing the UPC and lot numbers listed below.
NOTE: This recall does not include products that have the required hazard labelling.

Hazard identified
The recalled products were not destined for the Canadian marketplace and do not have the mandatory hazard labelling as required by the Cosmetic Regulations, under the Canadian Food and Drugs Act. Improper labelling could result in unintentional exposure to these products and lead to serious illness, injury or death.
As of August 1, 2019, the company has not received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of these products in Canada.
Number sold
Approximately 21,444 units of the affected products were distributed with about 5467 units that may still be available to consumers in Canada.
Time period sold
The affected products were distributed between March 25, 2019 and May 7, 2019.

What you should do
Consumers should discontinue use and contact Matrix Canada directly in order to return the items and obtain a refund.
