Item has date code that ends in any letter other than "G" (date code is found on underside of toy, above battery compartment); items 80362 and 80509.

Hazard identified

A child's arm can become caught in the activity center's plastic tube. In Canada, LeapFrog has received 6 reports of children's arms becoming caught, resulting in 2 reports of minor scratches and bruises.

Number sold

Approximately 7,000 units were sold across Canada at department stores, toy stores and on-line.

Time period sold

July 2005 through August 2006.

Consumers are instructed to immediately take the toy away from children and contact the company for a free cap for the tube.
