This recall involves the household chemical ResistoSeal Crack Filler for asphalt surfaces. It is sold in a
310 mL black cartridge container with product code 20619 and UPC # 623680200043.
Hazard identified
Health Canada's auditing process revealed the crack filler does not have mandatory labelling required under Canadian law.
The crack filler lacks the symbols and warnings required for potentially flammable, toxic and corrosive products. The lack of labelling information, including appropriate warnings, could potentially result in misuse of this product and lead to serious injury.
Health Canada has not received reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of this crack filler.
