Product description
Orange mini hockey stick with black painted lettering of the word "Canada" on the shaft; the blade of the stick has a decal with a Canada flag and the word "Canada" on it; the hockey stick is 61 cm (24 inches) in length; item # VPT-42164; UPC # 622822421643.

Hazard identified
Testing by Health Canada revealed that the black surface paint on the mini hockey stick contains lead in excess of the allowable limit. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
Health Canada has not received reports of illness or injury to Canadians related to the use of this toy.
