Product description
This recall involves Clubhouse Swing Sets by Little Tikes™. The swing set is a plastic moulded product that features a climbing wall, rope ladder, slide, and 2 swings. The seat portion of the recalled product is blue.
Recalled swing sets can be identified by the model numbers 400V or 612398, which can be found on the underside of the main platform of the product.
Clubhouse Swing Sets with yellow swing seats are not included in this recall.
Hazard identified
Directions for consumer assembly of the swing seat portion of the product may not have been included in all products with blue swing seats. Connections at the swing harness ends are not closed until final assembly by the consumer. Failure to perform this step could result in injury during use.
Neither Little Tikes nor Health Canada has received reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of this product.

Approximately 619 of the recalled swing sets were sold across Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold from October 2008 to March 2009.
