"Majestic 360" Floor Cleaner (Vacuum)
This recall involves the Majestic 360 floor cleaner, which is a black, canister-style vacuum with a powered floor tool. The words "Majestic 360" and "FilterQueen" are printed on a label on the unit.
The wiring of the recalled cleaners can overheat, causing electrical arcing and melting, and posing a burn hazard to consumers.
Health Canada has not received any reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of these cleaners.
Approximately 3,000 of the recalled floor cleaners were sold by various independent distributors across Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled cleaners were sold from September 2004 to August 2006.

Manufactured in the United States.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled floor cleaners and contact HMI Industries to arrange for a free repair at an authorized repair centre.
