Product description
This recall involves 25 feet long Christmas Light String Socket sets. The sets are green and can be identified by item #15877 or item #707200. The label wrapped around the socket set has "Commercial Grade C7-25 Socket Set" written on it.
Hazard identified
The recalled devices are not certified to Canadian standards and have not been evaluated for safety hazards. The recalled Christmas lights may pose an electrical shock or fire hazard to consumers.
Health Canada has not received any reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of this product.
Number sold
Approximately 24 of the recalled products were sold by Wellington Street Images Ltd. in Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled welders were sold from November 2006 to October 2009.
Place of origin
Manufactured in China.
