Product description
This recall involves the nylon carrying case sold with Night Train guitar amplifiers. The black carrying case has metal clasps and a nylon arm strap. The word "Vox" is printed on the front pocket of the carrying case.
The recalled carrying cases can be identified by the model number NT15H and the UPC 4959112070493. The model number can be found on the rear panel of the amplifier.
Hazard identified
The clasp on the shoulder strap is defective and can fail, allowing the amplifier to fall and pose a risk of injury to consumers.
In the United States, Vox Amplification has received two reports of clasps failing with no reported injuries.
Health Canada has not received any reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of these products.
Number sold
Approximately 293 of the recalled products were sold at various authorized Korg Canada dealers across Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold from January 2009 to March 2010.
Place of origin
Manufactured in Vietnam.

Consumers should immediately stop using the carrying case with the strap and contact Jam Industries for a free replacement strap with a new clasp.
