Reason
The recall has been initiated due to a manufacturing change to the pump which has resulted in the product cartridge not dispensing the accepted quantity of foaming hand sanitizer solution when used with the current wall dispensers. This issue does not affect the safety and quality of the foaming hand sanitiser solution.
