The affected products have not been tested to determine whether they are compliant with the Canadian Standards for product safety and may pose a safety hazard.

Neither MerchSource, LLC nor Health Canada has received any reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of these affected lamps.

Number sold

Approximately 6,006 units of the affected lamps were distributed to Bed Bath and Beyond stores in Canada.
