- MD3153 Deluxe Inflatable PDF with HIT
- MD3154 Deluxe Inflatable PFD with HIT (with harness)
- MD3157 Deluxe Inflatable Life Jacket with HIT
Hazard identified
The automatic/manual gas inflation system may not activate as intended, causing a partial or non-inflation resulting in a possible drowning hazard.
Neither Mustang Survival nor Health Canada have received any reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of these products.
Number sold
Approximately 841 of the recalled products were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold from April 2012 to August 2012.
