This recall involves the adapter/power supply for the AirPLEX mini bladeless fan. The adapter can be identified by model number SJ-1205-U.
Hazard identified
It has been determined that the identified product is not authorized to bear the cUL and UL certification marks on the adapter/power supply.
Health Canada has not received any reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of the adapter/power supply.
Number sold
Approximately 5,183 units of the affected adapter/power supply were sold at Wal-Mart stores across Canada.
Time period sold
The affected adapter/power supply was sold from February 2012 to June 2012.
Place of origin
Manufactured in China.
