Product description

This recall involves the following toy distributed by Toys “R” Us Canada:

Imaginarium Activity Walker – Model Number JB0031 with UPC 803516918223

On the front of the walker there is a multi-coloured metal xylophone with two triangle mallets, a multi-coloured abacus and a scratch noise maker. The walkers have multi-coloured wooden wheels.

Hazard identified

Small parts of this toy may separate, and these small components pose a choking hazard to young children.

Toys "R" Us Canada has received 5 reports of incidents related to the use of this toy, 1 in Canada and 4 in the United States.
