This voluntary recall by The Honest Company involves all lots of Honest Organic Baby Powder. The affected product is in a 4 oz white bottle with the company’s logo on the front. The UPC on the bottle is 817810014529.
Hazard identified
The product is being voluntarily recalled due to possible contamination with several species of bacteria, including some species associated with skin infections or eye infections. The product may pose a health risk.
As of February 21st 2017, The Honest Company has received no report of consumer incident or injuries in Canada.
Number sold
Approximately 5,324 units of the products were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The product was sold primarily online between May 2014 and December 2016, and at West Coast Kids in/around February 2015.

What you should do
Consumers who have purchased an affected product should stop using it immediately. Customers can return the product for a full refund.
