Hazard identified

The recalled products contain various microorganisms (for example the bacteria K. Pneumonia, E. Coli, etc.) at above acceptable levels for skin care products. K. Pneumonia, found only in the Lemongrass Facial Polish, can cause a wide range of infections in humans.

As of March 26, 2018, the company has received no reports of injury or illness in Canada.

Approximately 261 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

The affected products were sold from January 2016 to February 2018.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and dispose of them.  Consult with your health care professional if you have used or have been administered any of these products and have health concerns.
