Product description
This recall involves the Choo-Choo Train & Blocks Set. The recalled toy is a wooden train set containing three components: a train with wheels, a cargo bed with wheels, and a set of blocks numbered 1 to 10. All the components are painted in various bright colours. The item number for the toy is 5005011 and is located on the packaging and box for the product.
Hazard identified
Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that the recalled toy does not meet the Canadian safety requirements for toys. The numbered blocks are small parts and the toy may further break apart exposing more small parts, posing a choking hazard for young children.
As of May 15, 2018 the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

Consumers should immediately stop using the Choo-Choo Train & Blocks Set and return the product to a Ten Thousand Villages store in Canada for a full refund.
