This recall involves the following products bearing the UPC listed below:

Hazard identified

The recalled products do not have proper hazard labelling as required by the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. Improper labelling could result in unintentional exposure to these products and lead to serious illness, injury or death.

As of Oct 17, 2018, the company has not received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of these products in Canada.

Number sold

Approximately 300 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

The recalled products were sold between May 2016 and October 2018.
