The Health Canada bulletin states:

Some Lamdown Filter Face Respirators may not provide consistent and adequate respiratory protection to health care personnel exposed to covid-19, based on additional filtration performance tests conducted by the National Institute For Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) - National Personal Protective Technology Laboratory (NPPTL) of the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Customers can continue to use the products as masks instead of medical respirators, or a 95% filtration is not required.
